Yes, as standard. We usually use our mutual confidentiality agreement, and we are glad to review yours instead. Either way it is signed before work starts. Everything we build for you is work for hire, so the code and the rights belong to you or your client, and we never show your projects or name your clients in our own work.

Yes, when that helps. Most partners bring us into technical calls as their development partner so questions get answered directly. Others prefer to handle every conversation themselves.
